New Outer Banks brand need someone who knows how to design for t-shirt screen printing. We are launching a new Outer Banks brand and I need an artist who can design for mass tourist appeal. Various methods of compensation considered. If ability and style is compatible with what we need, it will be an ongoing project - adding designs to the collection.
