Depending on experience, responsibilities could include:
-working on the hot line, including grill, sauté, sets, or fry
-coordinating orders and ensuring quality as expeditor
-assembling salads, appetizers, and desserts for service
-assisting with food preparation
-preparing desserts from scratch
-dishwashing and sanitation
