Southern Shores Realty is seeking a dedicated and proactive full-time or part-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vacation rental properties are well-maintained and that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and follow-up actions taken.
- Collaborate with the property management team to enhance guest satisfaction and property upkeep.
- Communicate with property owners and management regarding maintenance and repair needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Previous experience in customer service or property maintenance is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends.
