An Outer Banks company involved with Real Estate Sales and Development and Hospitality operations seeking an Executive Assistant/Coordinator to assist the CEO and President of the company. He or She will be responsible for assisting and coordinating all aspects of businesses. Applicant must be highly disciplined and capable of handling multiple things.
Assist the CEO/President with various aspects of business operations/marketing and other.
Act as the point of contact for between the CEO and managers at subsidiaries, contractors, customers etc.,
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Be liaison to customers, employees, sub-contractors, agents and other team members.
Follow up with customers, vendors and other professionals as needed.
Prepare task lists, schedules and see through to completion.
Attend meetings with customers, team members, contractors.
Handle various matters related real estate, building and hospitality companies.
Be the additional support to all the operations as needed.
Typing and editing letters, proposals, estimates, contracts, specifications, marketing materials, etc.
Order materials, supplies etc.,
Initiate prepare and coordinate ads, blogs, emails, flyers, signage and other.
Coordinate and handle customer service matters.
Attend to all other business tasks as needed.
Do company errands (pickup/deliver/arrange/coordinate various things).
Provide project updates to customers/owners.
Assist any other matters related to the company and the CEO/President (professional and personal).
Applicant must thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Position requires Independent problem solving & multi-tasking, along with a personal commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to take direction and act upon it.
Excellent and clear communication, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Adobe and web tools. Knowledge of QBooks software will be a plus.
Must have a go getter attitude.
Must be Loyal and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
