Large Private room with adjoining private bathroom.No less than 3 months and long term. Off street parking laundry and an extra room for office area. Clean and newly painted and flooring with a private entrance. 1 or 2 person and a pet upon discussion. It is my home and a quiet place to live. Private road that leads to the private beach that is a five minute walk. The extra room has a deep freezer that is used by me as well and you are welcome to use. The bedroom has a tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and toaster oven. Fully furnished and all utilities along with wifi are included. There is an extra bedroom that is for friends and family in which if tenant has company they are welcome with an extra $30.00 per night. I have plenty of beach chairs and outdoor shower and charcoal grill is for your use. There will be no parties and or loud music. I am easy to get along with and enjoy helping people out. I will be asking for references and first and last months rent and expected to be paid upon arrival and rent to be paid on the same reoccurring day. If you see that you will be late,there will be a charge of $25.00 a day within reason.I have 2 labs 1 chocolate, Rodanthe Jane and a silver Sir RipTide and both are very well behaved and love people and are NOT barkers. RipTide is blind and deaf but does very well with his issues. I ask that you txt and e-mail me being I don't check my e-mails that often so a txt will be the best way to in touch with me and you can call just as well.Rent will be $1100 for 1 person $1575.00 for two. If we allow a dog,NO cats!! there will an extra $50.00 per month.
